CHECK ADMISSION RESULTS AND GUIDE FOR ENROLLMENT:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Greetings to all future students, Yersin University in Da Lat provides guidance on checking admission results and the enrollment process as follows:<\/p>\n

I. CHECK ADMISSION RESULTS<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Firstly, you can check the admission results here:<\/p>\n

II. ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Students who have been admitted can choose one of the following two methods to officially become a new student at Yersin University in Da Lat:<\/p>\n

OPTION 1: ONLINE ENROLLMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 1: Students access the online enrollment address, log in, and follow the instructions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Note: At this step, students need to pay the tuition fee by transferring to the University’s account with the following information:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The amounts to be paid are as follows:<\/p>\n

– Tuition fee (preliminary for Semester 1): 9,500,000 VND; majors in Architecture, Interior Design, Automotive Engineering (preliminary for Semester 1): 10,000,000 VND; majors in Pharmacy, Nursing (preliminary for Semester 1): 10,500,000 VND (Tuition fees will depend on the number of credits registered when enrolling; any excess fees will be transferred to the next semester; any shortfall must be supplemented).<\/p>\n

– Student ID Card, Library Card, and enrollment fee: 500,000 VND.<\/p>\n

STEP 2: The university confirms successful enrollment, provides the student ID number & portal account for students to access.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 3: Students prepare documents as required in the Admission Letter and come to the University:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

+ Receive enrollment gifts + Orientation schedule + Register for gym uniform.<\/p>\n

+ Register for accommodation in the dormitory or receive advice and support in finding accommodation.<\/p>\n

OPTION 2: ENROLLMENT IN PERSON<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Before coming to the university for enrollment procedures, candidates prepare enrollment documents and enrollment fees according to the Admission Letter.<\/p>\n

The enrollment procedure at the university is as follows:<\/p>\n

STEP 1: Check the admission documents.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 2: Pay the tuition fee<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Tuition fee (preliminary for Semester 1): 9,500,000 VND; majors in Architecture, Interior Design, Automotive Engineering (preliminary for Semester 1): 10,000,000 VND; majors in Pharmacy, Nursing (preliminary for Semester 1): 10,500,000 VND (Tuition fees will depend on the number of credits registered when enrolling; any excess fees will be transferred to the next semester; any shortfall must be supplemented).<\/p>\n

– Student ID Card, Library Card, and enrollment fee: 500,000 VND.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Candidates awarded scholarships will still need to pay tuition fees according to the above rates; after being awarded the scholarship, the university will refund or transfer the excess to the next semester (depending on the type of scholarship received by the student).<\/span><\/p>\n

– The university encourages new students to pay tuition fees by transferring funds to the university before coming to complete enrollment procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 3: Submit enrollment documents & obtain Student ID Card.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Candidates submit directly to the University the following documents:<\/p>\n

1. High School Graduation Certificate: Original copy.<\/p>\n

2. High School Transcript or equivalent: 01 certified copy.<\/p>\n

3. Temporary High School Graduation Certificate (for candidates graduated in 2021; after 01 year, students must supplement a certified copy of the Graduation Diploma for verification); or 01 certified copy of High School Graduation Diploma (for candidates graduated in previous years).<\/p>\n

4. Birth Certificate: 01 certified copy.<\/p>\n

5. Certified copies of preferential certificates, priority certificates (if any).<\/p>\n

6. National ID Card: 01 certified copy.<\/p>\n

7. Admission Letter: 01 original copy.<\/p>\n

8. Health examination form issued by the district-level or higher hospitals (within the last 03 months).<\/p>\n

9. ID photos: Students submit 04 photos sized 3x4cm taken within the last 06 months (photos must meet the requirements for ID card photos); on the back of the photo, clearly write full name, date, month, year of birth.<\/p>\n

10. Introduction papers of Youth Union, Communist Party: Members of the Youth Union must submit the Union Book; if being a Party member, must have a valid introduction paper of Communist Party activities.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

+ Documents numbered 1, 2, 3 must be submitted on the enrollment day (if candidates have submitted during the admission process, the university will transfer them to the enrollment documents); other documents can be supplemented later.<\/span><\/p>\n

+ Documents numbered 2, 4, 5 above must be certified copies (if not certified, students must bring the original for verification).<\/span><\/p>\n

+ Candidates arriving for enrollment more than 15 days after the enrollment date stated in the Admission Letter: If there is no justifiable reason, it will be considered as dropping out.<\/span><\/p>\n

+ When coming for enrollment, candidates are required to wear a white shirt for taking ID card photos.<\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 4: Receive enrollment gifts + Orientation schedule + Register for gym uniform.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 5: Register for accommodation in the dormitory or receive advice and support in finding accommodation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
